SHIPPING ORDERS
Standard web order processing time is 1-3 business days from the date the order was originally placed. Please note: engraving or embroidery customisation can delay order processing. 

During busy festive periods and public holidays applicable to the state of Victoria in Australia, there may be delays with order processing, dispatch and delivery.

Standard delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 business days for metropolitan Australian addresses.
