It is comprised of 8 layers of a knitted polyester/fibreglass fabric, impregnated with polyurethane resin. The splint is covered by air and moisture permeable nonwoven fabric on both sides, which is served as padding. Lightweight, strong and rigid with excellent moulding capabilities. X-ray translucent.
