The Vitalograph COPD-6 is a handheld respiratory diagnostic device designed to identify individuals at risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at the pre-symptomatic stage. The device screens out patients with normal forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), facilitating targeted spirometry and early medical intervention.

Technical Specifications

According to the manufacturer, the device measures 109 mm (4.3") in length, 63 mm (2.5") in width and 42 mm (1.7") in height. It uses a stator rotor flow detection principle with an accuracy better than ± 3%. The measurement range is 0 - 9.99 L BTPS. Power is supplied by two 1.5V AAA batteries, providing approximately three months of use at three tests per day. The unit auto powers down after 2 minutes of inactivity.
